• System Integration Expertise: Strong experience in integrating software and hardware systems, ensuring seamless communication between components.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from RFP to Customer Requirements, through managing bids and proposals all the way to contract awards. 

• Manage complex proposals and bid processes with complex technological requirements for a tailor-made solutions. 

Pre-requisites: 

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar position – managing sales and marketing for the Defense sector 
• Familiarity with the Israeli and the International Defense sector – mandatory 
• Familiarity with Armor Vehicle market – advantage 
• Good communication and presentation skills, experience in negotiations
• Independent

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and / or business administration MBA – Advantage
