Job Description:

Strong Software Testing Expertise: Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) to ensure seamless integration of software components.
Proficiency in Scripting and Automation: Ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts using programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, essential for efficient testing and continuous integration.
System Integration Skills: Experience in integrating software systems, including APIs, databases, and third-party services, ensuring components work harmoniously in diverse environments.
Embedded System Design / Lab bring-up, test, and debugging
Perform thorough competitive analysis including lab investigations
Good organizational skills and the desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Self-motivated and able to take direction on high-level objectives and create/execute project plans

Activities:

System Integration Expertise: Strong experience in integrating software and hardware systems, ensuring seamless communication between components.
Hardware-Software Interfacing: Proficiency in developing and managing interfaces between hardware components and software, ensuring compatibility and optimized performance.
Testing and QA: Skilled in creating and executing comprehensive test plans for both software and hardware, including automated testing frameworks, to identify and resolve integration issues.
Scripting and Automation: Ability to script and automate tasks across both hardware and software systems, improving efficiency in testing and deployment.
Problem-Solving: Advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve integration issues, whether they stem from software bugs or hardware malfunctions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure successful integration.
Version Control and CI/CD: Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration/deployment pipelines to manage complex integration projects effectively.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies in both hardware and software domains as required by evolving project needs.
Manage and guide the transition of products and manufacturing processes into production and through the product’s entire life cycle.
After product release, you will continue to manage engineering responsibilities for the system, SW/HW, and production processes.

Manage sales and marketing activities in the field of electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems for the Defense sector
Manage a wide range of customers
International and local Business development
Generate new business pipeline
Increase sales from existing accounts
Build strategic relationships and business plans with key accounts
Contribute to the company’s products and services roadmap
Continuous collaboration with the Project Management teams, R&D and operations
Create workplan and execution

Job requirements

Manage the entire sales cycle from RFP to Customer Requirements, through managing bids and proposals all the way to contract awards.

Manage complex proposals and bid processes with complex technological requirements for a tailor-made solutions.

Pre-requisites:

5-7 years of experience in a similar position – managing sales and marketing for the Defense sector
Familiarity with the Israeli and the International Defense sector – mandatory
Familiarity with Armor Vehicle market – advantage
Good communication and presentation skills, experience in negotiations
Independent

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and / or business administration MBA – Advantage
