Assistant Controller

Description

Prepare monthly reporting packages for the parent company.
Conduct monthly/quarterly analytical analyses of financial results and report required explanations.
Collaborate with finance personnel in group companies.
Manage the accounting team.
Consolidate financial statements.
Work closely with internal organizational functions.
Handle monthly accruals and manage fixed assets.
Utilize ERP systems; familiarity with the Priority system is a plus.
Analyze inventory processes.
Ensure compliance with international standards (IFRS).
Prepare financial statements and tax reports in Israel.
Familiarity with incentive topics and investment centers is advantageous.
Implement and oversee internal controls within the organization (ISOX).

Job requirements

Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms.
Full proficiency in Excel; significant advantage if familiar with the Priority system.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Full-time position with willingness to work additional hours as needed.
Residence in the Western Galilee, Haifa area (southern border).
Language skills: Hebrew – native; English – high proficiency.

Integration Engineer

Strong Software Testing Expertise: Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) to ensure seamless integration of software components.
Proficiency in Scripting and Automation: Ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts using programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, essential for efficient testing and continuous integration.
System Integration Skills: Experience in integrating software systems, including APIs, databases, and third-party services, ensuring components work harmoniously in diverse environments.
Embedded System Design / Lab bring-up, test, and debugging
Perform thorough competitive analysis including lab investigations
Good organizational skills and the desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Self-motivated and able to take direction on high-level objectives and create/execute project plans

Hardware-Software Interfacing: Proficiency in developing and managing interfaces between hardware components and software, ensuring compatibility and optimized performance.
Testing and QA: Skilled in creating and executing comprehensive test plans for both software and hardware, including automated testing frameworks, to identify and resolve integration issues.

Manage sales and marketing activities in the field of electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems for the Defense sector
Manage a wide range of customers
International and local Business development
Generate new business pipeline
Increase sales from existing accounts
Build strategic relationships and business plans with key accounts
Contribute to the company’s products and services roadmap
Continuous collaboration with the Project Management teams, R&D and operations
Create workplan and execution

Job requirements

Manage the entire sales cycle from RFP to Customer Requirements, through managing bids and proposals all the way to contract awards.

Manage complex proposals and bid processes with complex technological requirements for a tailor-made solutions.

Pre-requisites:

5-7 years of experience in a similar position – managing sales and marketing for the Defense sector
Familiarity with the Israeli and the International Defense sector – mandatory
Familiarity with Armor Vehicle market – advantage
Good communication and presentation skills, experience in negotiations

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering and / or business administration MBA – Advantage
