With over 20 years of experience, Adv. Her extensive experience includes establishing and managing legal functions, compliance and corporate governance and expertise in M&A, as well as negotiation and application of commercial engagements and agreements relevant to the defense industry, project financing and other aspects of the value chain.

Navy Captain (in reserve) Dabull served 28 years at the Israeli Navy and iMoD, and graduated from the Naval Officers Academy. After his retirement and before joining IMCO, Mr. Dabull served as an independent consultant to Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI).
He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, and an MBA in Political Science from the Haifa University.

IMCO Appoints Gabi Badusa as new CFO
IMCO Industries Ltd. (Tel Aviv Stock Exchange TASE: IMCO), a leading provider of complex electro-mechanical solutions for air, land, and naval defense applications, has appointed Gabi Badusa as its new chief financial officer.
Mr. Badusa has extensive experience working as a CFO at public and private companies in diverse fields, such as industrial companies, trading, services, shipping, automobile, food, and real estate. Before joining IMCO, he served as CFO of Kamor Ltd., a leading Israeli shipping and tanker services company, CFO of Cham-Food, a multi-national food ingredient company, and CFO of Unitronics, a global company that designs, manufactures, and markets advanced control and automation solutions. Mr. Badusa is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting and an MBA in Accounting, finance, business, and economics, both from the Bar-Ilan University.
